Yes. For simplicity and to enhance productivity we do not invoice. Instead you decide how much to fill your account with and each order is deducted from that balance. You can even set your account to automatically replenish your balance if it gets low.
We make all features available to every delivery service. It is never based on how much you can pay. You can pick the features that you want to enable, and make most sense for your business. The only optional features that may cost extra are Email Marketing and restaurant order faxing. (see above)
Absolutely. There is no contract to sign and you are under no obligation to keep using your account. We feel strongly that we should earn your business by the quality of what we have to offer.
Nope. You are free to shop around for the best deal. We don't feel that you should be held hostage to using a merchant account just so that we can make extra money on the backend. Our only requirement is that the merchant be set up to use the Authorize.NET gateway.
